I will suggest you try Call Recorder App that has full power-packed tools and its UI is very nice.
But try the other Apps also from the list, then only you know what is the difference.

I believe a lots of this app don`t have a transcription in there and as for me, it is really needed function for interviewers and reporters, for example, so in this case I am using this one – https://audext.com/transcribe-interviews/.
